Accessibility Statement.

We want every visitor — including people with disabilities — to be able to use this site, contact us, and get the help they need. If anything on this site is hard to use, tell us. We'll fix it, and we'll make sure you still get the help you came for.

Our commitment

This site is operated by Madison Law Firm PLLC (d/b/a CallCuz.com), a New York personal injury and tenant rights law firm. We are committed to making callcuz.com usable by the widest possible audience, including people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means the site should work with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnification, and other assistive technology.

What we've done

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and lists.
  • Skip-to-main-content link on every page for keyboard users.
  • Text and interactive elements designed for WCAG AA contrast on cream and dark backgrounds.
  • Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages.
  • Alt text on meaningful images; decorative images marked aria-hidden.
  • Full keyboard operability — every interactive element reachable and usable without a mouse.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish across the entire site.
  • A visible phone number on every page, so anyone who prefers a phone call over a form can reach us in one tap.

Known limitations

Some older PDF documents on the site may not be fully tagged for screen reader use. If you need any document in an accessible format, contact us and we will send a usable version.

Where we embed content from third parties (for example, payment processors or external trackers), the accessibility of those embedded tools is outside our direct control. We choose vendors with good accessibility track records and replace ones that don't.

If you hit a barrier — tell us

If any part of this site is hard to use, or if you need help getting information about your case in a different format, reach us two ways:

We aim for a response within one business day. If you reach out about an accessibility barrier, we will also help you get the legal help you came here for — we won't make you wait while we fix the website.

Standard and effective date
