Who We're Looking For.
Two roles, one mission: real representation for everyday New Yorkers.
- Attorneys Personal injury, construction, premises liability, rideshare, medical malpractice. NY bar required. We'll consider associates, of-counsel, and contract attorneys. Spanish fluency is a plus, not a requirement.
- Paralegals & Case Managers PI experience preferred — record collection, demand letters, deposition prep, client communication. Bilingual English-Spanish strongly preferred. NY court system familiarity helps.
- Intake Specialists First call matters. Empathy, fast thinking, and the ability to ask the right questions in two languages. Prior law-firm intake or victim-services background welcome.
- Operations & Marketing Building CallCuz.com is its own project. If you do digital marketing, CRM ops, content, or growth — and you want to do it for a firm that actually fights for people — write to us.
